This Privacy Policy explains how Bennett Wyche (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the website at bennettwyche.com and related communications. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors providing support services (such as customer service or messaging delivery) is permitted. All other categories of data sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may opt in to receive recurring SMS messages from Bennett Wyche via our opt-in form at https://bennettwyche.com/sms-signup. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

To stop messages: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

5. Data retention

We retain SMS opt-in and consent records for as long as necessary to operate the messaging program and to maintain a compliance audit trail required by carriers and The Campaign Registry, and otherwise as required by law. Other information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us at bennett@bennettwyche.com.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Children’s privacy

This site and our messaging program are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
