About

Three decades turning hard problems into working systems.

For three decades I’ve taken ambiguous, high-stakes problems and turned them into systems that ship — at Apple, Meta, GE, and today at LexisNexis, where my team converged four billion records into the world’s largest secure resource for cyber-loss prevention.

I build with new technology, lead across functions and continents, and bring the same curiosity to the mountains as I do to the roadmap. My work spans technology portfolio management, product marketing, strategy, and cybersecurity — built over roles at Apple, Meta, General Electric, Hewlett-Packard, Kearney, Uniworld, and Ogilvy & Mather.

Earlier in my career I built and ran operations across Latin America, particularly the Mexican and Brazilian markets — initiating business and earning market success inside complex regulatory landscapes. It’s where my fluent Spanish, and my appetite for the unfamiliar, were forged.

Roots & values

I grew up in inner-city Detroit, educated in a faith-based Jesuit school built around a single idea: to be a “man for others.” Scholarship, perseverance, and pride in community were the water I swam in. They still are. Today I’m raising four sons in Los Altos, California — the clearest reminder I have that staying aligned to solid principles, friendships, and service is the real work.

Service & community

Beyond the work, I’m committed to leadership in community and the arts. My board and volunteer roles reflect where my values and my passions meet — youth development, access to the outdoors, and African American art.

  • I Challenge Myself — Empowering inner-city youth through endurance cycling.
  • Ski the World — Broadening access and inclusion in mountain sports.
  • Friends of African American Art — Detroit Institute of Arts.
